I was leery when I purchased this eBook because I was not familiar with the author, but once I started reading it had me not wanting to stop and looking for more books from this author. The story was intriguing and different. It was about American students with African roots and families issues. Love, struggles, death, reunions and happy endings. It took one girl from not believing she was beautiful to meeting a well successful young man to validate her worthiness. A young lady who is 18 years old going through emotional abuse at home while still in school and finding happiness and love. Our last star was a young woman who was shipped to American under false pretense and how she manages away from her only known family member left in Africa. This is a book that will give a new light to happy endings and how the younger generation can be successful in life and live a productive life with the street threatening to take their lives.Product details

I was skeptical about spending money on this book, but it was worth every penny. It was the tale of 3 high school seniors and their lives both home life with parents and their relationship with guys. I loved how the author incorporated their African culture into the novel. This book had so many levels and let me with so many mixed emotions. It's a must read. I hope there's possibly a part 2 so we can get insight into the character's future lives. Job well done.
Now base on the title and the cover I bypassed this book so many times and I regret it. This book was really good and very long. Which i liked. Some things really bothered me, the treatment of Kai and a few other things. I couldn't decide who was my favorite couple out of Ranica and Foday or Anaya and Hakeem!! But I did loved the fellas in this book! All I can say is don't judge a book by it's cover! You won't be disappointed.
A O, did that!! This book was such a good read, I can't wait to read more of this authors work. In my opinion these young girls were doing way too much, but I guess in this day and time this is how some girls do. All I know is that I am thankful that when I was 17 I was no where on this level. I love that the author made Foday, Hakeem, and James to be gentlemen. They loved these young women fearlessly, and whole whole heartedly. I hope I meet my Foday one day. The end was kind of weak though. Ranice, (really)? I hope that there is a part 2, because I want to know how they progress with age. Buy the book, you won't be disappointed!
it took me a long time to purchase this book because of the price but after thinking about it I decided to give it a shot and decided to finally purchase it and I gotta say it was the best decision I ever made this book had me from the beginning so much that I couldn't put it down I basically didn't want to finish it.my favorite characters are ranice and foday why them because ranice has issues that foday took into consideration and turned it all good for her and loved her for who she was regardless of what she taught of herself without giving too much of this great love story away take a chance and purchase this wonderful book you wont regret it believe me.i so wish there was a part 2 or at least more from this author whoever he/she is.
The book had potential to be a good read but the storyline was far fetch. I mean how can Girls be in school and take trips to countries that are not that American friendly. I started leaning towards ranice at first but then I lean towards Kai because she was really going thru what no mother wants her child to go thru. I assume the author has Nigerian background because we learn a lot about their culture. Anaya was my least favorite. She held something important that could been taken care of before it escalated but waited until she was push into a corner to tell h secret. I can't blame Hakeem for his reaction... I think any man would of reacted in that way. For that price I expected to read a banger but it was dud to say the least.....
I have to say I have read many books (1 a day) and this one was AMAZING!! It was very detailed and developed the characters very well. In addition the LOVE story was one like no other, it has many twists and turns and kept me interested. Not to mention is was LONG the author made sure to go back and forth between characters so we knew what was going one with all those in love. I love the fact that the characters were REALISTIC and not all of them were described as being too much....I would definitely read this book over and over again and I want to commend the author on a job well done. If she were to write another book I would be all in to read it. She has definitely developed a NEW fan out of me!
Although it was long (500 pages) which I LOVED I would like to see a sequal of life after all the changes.

Just by the title of this book, you would have never guessed it would be so amazing! Knight In Fly Armour is 1 of those books you have to keep reading & reading to find out what happens next. I literally read this everywhere. The story is so original & different & unpredictable. 500 pages of greatness. Wish I could rate this more stars because its defiantly worth it. If your'e wondering should you get this book.. wonder no longer. YES YES YES! You won't be disappointed. Highly recommended. I'm looking forward to reading more from this author.
